Anthony Joshua is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-round fight which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "break" the American as the combatants met personally to promote the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former twice world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a huge disparity - at Miami's arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Mindset
"I'm going to damage his features and break his body up. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to genuinely try to hurt him. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
Despite these statements, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally famous for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul instead targeted former Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "a joke" after Ngannou rejected a match opportunity.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, at the same time, took aim at UK opponent Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to speak negatively about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he said.
Paul's Background
Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
Nevertheless, the inexperienced fighter remains one of boxing's greatest financial successes, consistently making huge paydays.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in rounds four or five and stated he would derail the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently under discussion for two years from now.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul said.
Size Difference
As both boxers engaged in the usual face-off, with their size difference on show, it drove home just how surprising this whole event is - and how remarkable it is that the match is actually happening.
